The Balkan Academic Lounge (BAL) was born from the vision of Professor Marjan Bojadjiev and entrepreneur Dancho Dimkov, who saw the need to transform the fragmented Balkan academic landscape into a connected, thriving community.
What started as the Academic Ranking of Balkan Universities (ARBU) evolved into a comprehensive digital platform that empowers universities, professors, and graduate students across the region to collaborate, share knowledge, and grow together.
